ThebestofWarwick supporting Mike Tindall and the England team at The Rugby World Cup

I am really proud and delighted to have followed my nephew, Mike Tindall, from schoolboy rugby right though to recently captaining the England Rugby team in the 2011 Siix Nations championship.

It's hard to believe that the 4 year old that asked us to come out on the back lawn and watch his scrum-half pass, telling us earnestly that one day he would play for England, is now out in New Zealand striving to win his second World Cup winner's medal.

I'm thrilled that a few of my friends and business contacts around Warwick are Rugby followers and are as excited as I am about England's prospects in the upcoming competition.

Im sure that there will be lots of hostelries around Warwick and Leamington showing the games "Live" on ITV, starting the England campaign this Saturday morning at 9:30am.

Come on England!!

I'm a keen guitar player & musician who plays in our family band. Our highlight so far was playing to 10,000 people at Fairports Cropredy Convention in 2010 & featuring on Bob Harris's Sky Arts prog.
