Pure Offices, a national provider of serviced offices, is investing £3 million in the town after it bought nearly an acre of land at Tournament Fields just off the M40. The company, which operates serviced offices in 15 centres across England and Scotland, is in the process of constructing a 17,600 sq ft building and Elizabeth Higgins, Mayor of Warwick, dropped in to check on progress. Roger Thomas, of Pure Offices, said he was pleased to welcome the Mayor to the site. “We are well underway with our construction of just under 70 offices of various sizes and the employment benefits to the town will be significant. “The project is due to be completed by September 2013 and we are on course to meet that target.” Pure Offices, based in Newbury, offers offices on flexible terms with low cost, high quality broadband and telephone services. There are 67 offices, and 53 businesses employing more than 200 people at the Leamington complex. The success of Pure Leamington was the main reason Pure invested in the Warwick site.
