Hi, I called your shop on Monday afternoon as I was searching for 3 Bachmann Scenecraft model railway buildings. Google had indicated you had them listed so I called to verify this. I spoke with Robert and I have to say the transaction was a complete pleasure from start to finish. Robert was extremely efficient in checking stock, taking my order and also explained that the parcel would not be despatched until Tuesday, it arrived today and we are delighted with the items.
