Just wanted to say a big Thank You for my recent order. I received it really quickly and the care taken in the packaging of my order was the best I have ever had, well done. I ordered a Grand Central Mk3 coach and the new Hornby Class 08 in Serco Livery. Both Superb.

Now got my eye on the new Bachmann Desiro in Silverlink livery. Your price seems to be the lowest I have seen. Need to see what "SANTA" can come up with!!

Interesting that all the testimonials listed are of same date! (Comment from thebestofwarwick - This was actually as Castle Trains gathered many Testimonials from customers in their shop as part of the 14 Days of Love campaign in Feb 2011 resulting in many being added in Feb 2011).

My experience via internet: Lack of response to e-mails and phone messages. Customer service looks extremely poor to say the least.
