We have just looked through our book 'a Christmas memory for Josh'. We had a fantastic afternoon organised by yourselves through Sue Lawton. Can we say a huge thank you the book is absolutely beautiful! It brought tears to our eyes. We didn't have any photos of the three of us together and these are stunning. A very big thank you!! Gracie's memory book is beautiful and I can't thank you all enough. After such a terrible start to the year where we were not sure if Gracie would come out of hospital or if she would have any quality of life we now have these amazing pictures of her. The British Historical Taxidermy Society visited this museum recently. It was found to be a museum of great charm and character. It is like stepping back into the heyday of victorian collecting,with many interesting objects which provides something of interest for every one of all ages.
The natural history collections would be of great interest to younger natural history deficient children i'm sure.
All in all a great museum with friendly dedicated staff. Please keep this museum as is so we can all enjoy museums 'how they used to be
