The best thing was the level of information that was provided from the British Red Cross first aid course – enough for me to feel that I could do something positive given an emergency situation, but not so much detail that I felt overwhelmed with information. I am left with a feeling of confidence that I at least know I could make a difference.

Throughout my time at Moore Finance to impact the foundation has had on children and the families of them children is truly incomparable. The foundation specialises in creating unique and once in a lifetime opportunities for disadvantaged children and providing the, with memories that will last a lifetime. They also improve the quallity of their lives by helping provide treatment and equipment for children.

The Shannon Bradshaw Trust has offered practical support for sick children and their families across Warrington and the North West since 2002, providing equipment and specialist services.
Here at The Shannon Bradshaw Trust we do alot of fundraising events which enables us as a charity to provide much needed items/holidays for children with life threatening conditions and their families.
We have alot of support from the people of Warrington, without their help and support we would not be able to do what we love doing...

Warrington Museum offers visitors of all ages the opportunity discover more about the world's past, featuring a range of fascinating exhibitions, permanent galleries and a vibrant programme of events throughout the year.
Although many exhibits still there from my childhood, it remains very interesting. The kids do ask me "if it was all fields when you were young". Yes, and it was black and white also. The Museum is always worth a visit when your in town, and not just for rainy days.
