Ten years ago an IT consultant that my Accident Repair Business employed to look after our IT recommended Claranet as our corporate ISP. Thanks for your help, for your willingness to listen and understand, and for pointing me in the right direction yesterday. Thanks to you, I was then able to call on a local IT engineer, tell him your findings, and he came out to help me. It took him a while to find the fault yesterday, and he was pleased when he did! He returned this morning to find out what caused it for him to right it. It turns out that an update had wiped out the internet connection settings.

May I please say that I have been delighted with the support service I have received over the last few days for Claranet Soho. My router wouldn’t synchronise and some days ago I spoke to James who tried for ages to help me troubleshoot it. Following that when I got back from London two nights ago I got on the phone to Dave (at about 19:20) and we finally finished at 20:30. He was simply fantastic. He then helped me again late yesterday evening and finally organised and chased through a SELT test and then an engineer to the exchange to fix a port mismatch. Dave has been truly brilliant and its attitudes and support like this and James’ that make me stay with you as my ISP. Thanks again.
I just wanted to give feedback regarding the excellent service I received yesterday from Paul at Claranet Soho. I am not particularly IT savvy (to put it mildly) and needed extremely urgent assistance in setting up a new service yesterday morning. Paul was both courteous and knowledgeable and immediately reassured me that he would be able to help with my “problem”. He did so in a most professional and un-condescending manner. This lunchtime he has called me again to check that everything is OK. I really would like to put on record my thanks to Paul.

I have recently upgraded to the faster broadband service, and I have had cause to telephone your helpline to set up the new system. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of your staff on the helpline at Claranet Soho for the knowledge, patience and politeness that I have received. For a complete dumb cluck such as I where computers are concerned, they must have been tearing their hair out in frustration, but they have managed to steer me in the right direction, and everything is now working as it should be. Just a few words to pass on my appreciation for the support at Claranet Soho. I was one of your resellers from fifteen years ago and became a reseller because of the excellent technical support. Just set up a SOHO account for a new domain and needed some help setting up domain forwarding and then problems with the email forwarding. Emails I sent to the support were replied to quickly, politely and with accurate, concise information to remedy the problems, in this case by Amit. Please pass on my appreciation to the whole team, and Amit in particular. I will continue to recommend Claranet to my customers for all their hosting requirements.
I would like to bring to your attention the outstanding work of your support group at Claranet Soho. Three weeks ago I lost my broadband connection. The group in particular Stuart, worked their socks off trying to find the source of the problem. At all times they were all most courteous and considerate of my frustration, in the light of BT’s indifference. Only now have BT admitted a misconnection on my line at the exchange. You have a very good team working for you. Thank you.
I contact the Support Team at Claranet Soho for help with my e-mail account. My phone call was answered immediately - no waiting, no menus, no music, just somebody asking how they could help. The help I got was clear, patient, courteous, accurate and 100% effective. A few minutes later, it seemed as though another, related fault had developed. So I phoned again; and again the same speed, clarity and courtesy. Actually I resolved the problem myself while I was explaining it. Over the years I have occasionally needed technical help and the service I have received has always been to the same high standard. To my mind, what they offer is better than anything I have had from the support teams of other businesses. As far as I'm concerned, I'm sticking to Clara for life - but you'd better keep your standards at the current exceptional level!!
