The best thing was the level of information that was provided from the British Red Cross first aid course – enough for me to feel that I could do something positive given an emergency situation, but not so much detail that I felt overwhelmed with information. I am left with a feeling of confidence that I at least know I could make a difference.

I attend courses regularly due to my nature of work but found John’s (the trainer) teaching manner and attitude superior to any other first aid training course I have attended. He has the ability to put things across with ease and is a credit to the British Red cross.

We are proud to support the British Red Cross here at The Best of Warrington. The local fundraising, support and vision the team gives is fantastic. We truly love to promote the events and hear about their success which in turn does so much for so many locally, nationally & across the world.
