The Centre at Birchwood Park's on site gym, Alive and Well, boasts state of the art facilities and is the perfect way to boost motivation and wellbeing amongt your staff, as well as offering low cost membership to the general public.

The Centre at Birchwood Park is home to the hugely popular Alive and Well Gym, an on-site health and fitness centre with a difference.
Alive and Well boasts excellent facilities and is the perfect way to look after the wellbeing of your employees. It is widely accepted that those who exercise regularly can improve their focus and productivity in the workplace, as well as becoming more confident and boosting self-esteem.
Having an on-site gym is also an excellent way to improve morale and motivation amongt your staff and visitors can take advantage of:

The gym is open to business members of The Centre at Birchwood Park and to the general public.
Membership
You can choose from Anytime or Off-Peak membership and this includes full use of the gym, choice of over 30 exercise classes, a full fitness induction, regular re-assessments, use of the steam and sauna and heart rate training.
Both Anytime and Off-Peak memberships include:

- Personalised programmes
- Static body test and report
- Two stage fitness induction
- Full use of the steam and sauna
- Great fun working out with a friendly team
- Full use of the fully equipped techno gym
- Over 30 weekly studio classes including Zumba, Bodypump, Bodycombat and Pilates
Anyone interested in becoming a member will have the opportunity to meet the Alive and Well team and view the fantastic facilities available.
Sports Injury Clinic
The Sports Rehab UK team at Alive and well specialise in soft tissue physiotherapy, sports injuries and rehabilitation. The team are highly qualified in the prevention, assessment, diagnosis and management of musculoskeletal conditions and work closely with Salford Universiry, Sale Harriers, Spectrum Striders and England Athletics.
The Sports Injury team make full use of the superb facilities available at the gym and sessions include manual therapy techniques, massage, posture correction, core stability and functional exercise programmes.
Cheshire Beauty Rooms
Alive and Well Gym are also home to the recently launched Cheshire Beauty Rooms, which offer a range of beauty treatments which, combined with the gym's great range of facilities, provide a complete pampering experience.
Salon owner Hayley is highly experienced, is a certified make up artist for Bobbi Brown and works with leading skincare brands including Thalgo, Dermalogica and Liz Earle. Hayley now specialises in Organic skincare Neals Yard remedies, a fantastic range of natural products.

I am a regular visitor to MEPC Birchwood Park and frequent user of The Centre there which offers me as a businessperson a full range of facilities for client meetings including great informal meeting space at the new Hub. I would say The Centre offers city centre style at realistic costs with a warm welcome and attentive service and I recommend it to many of my business colleagues as a very well located venue between the major conurbations of Manchester and Liverpool for meetings and conferences.
