I would like to take the opportunity to thank Valeting Direct (particularly Glenn and Kieran) for being able to accomodate my needs last Thursday with preparing my new vehicle to such a high standard, and alsogiving my old vehicle a good clean and polish so that I could present it back to Elms properly. I jokingly said to one of the sales team that the car was looking so good and they said 'Yes, it looks really great'. I said that I was not talking about the new car but my old one - and they said 'So was I'!

I promise Glenn that the new vehicle will now only ever be cleaned by Valeting direct (or myself if I occasionally feel like a return to the good old days) - and not one of these garages who put the same cleaning product on the wheels and paintwork!!

Glen arrived early on Monday morning and introduced himself in a friendly and professional manner after which he gave my car a full valet inside and out. When he was finished he asked me to check the vehicle, I was very pleased with the results it was as close to a new car as you could get. From the service I was given I will certainly be using Valeting Direct again.

As another business listed on 'The Best of Hertford' I thought it sensible to see if there were any car valeting companies listed when our van needed a good clean. I am so pleased I called Valeting Direct as Glenn did an amazing job today, you can tell he really loves his work, it 'shines' through in every respect.
