Kimberley and Larry make an awesome team and have a very well established business with superb facilities. They live and breathe what they do and they provide excellent PT, outdoor group sessions (Bootcamp) and running groups to all ages and abilities. They treat everyone as an individual with different abilities, goalsand skills. They have been instrumental and inspirational in improving my fitness and running over the last 2 years and I feel so much better for it. The best thing is they live in the real world and understand that we all like a drink and some chips and that a healthy lifestyle does not forbid these things - just that you they need to be the exception not the rule!! :)

I am sure I am typical of many middle-aged working mothers - always meaning to do some exercise, hardly ever finding the time to do it when there are always so many other things and people demanding your time! Over the years since having my children, I have started spells of exercise - perhaps joining a gym or trying to get to a specific class. However, this never worked as there was always something to disrupt my new routine and there was never anyone that I had to explain myself to if I missed my planned exercise session! This to me is an enormous value of personal training - you can't just "not show up" as a) the trainer is waiting only for you so you will certainly be noticed if you don't show and b) you have invested financially in the process. So you go, and that makes it all worthwhile. I am on my second set of 10 sessions, once per week, and always enjoy the sessions once I am there. eKuiLibriuM are supportive of your efforts and the sessions are always different so don't get boring. You can also see how you progress as they measure elements of your performance each week. My goals were initially around weight loss but I am actually finding my improved fitness to be more inspiring, and my clothes are definitely looser around the middle! I am really glad that I started personal training with eKuiLibriuM and consider it has changed my approach and attitude to exercise. I would recommend it to anyone in the same position as me as both Larry and Kimberley are very welcoming and don't make you feel at all embarrassed about your state of fitness!

I have just completed the 10 week course with Larry Mangelshot of eKuiLibriuM. To be honest, I entered it with some trepidation but I have thoroughly enjoyed every session, even looking forward to them each week and would happily carry on with the weekly sessions.

My goals were to lose weight, reduce my body fat percentage and increase my cardio performance. All three goals have been achieved by some distance and my blood pressure has also dramatically dropped over the 10 weeks.
An existing medical condition led to some complications for eKuiLibriuM to deal with and he was very professional in the way they approached it, liaising with my physio and tailoring my programme accordingly. They were also very responsive to how I felt on a particular day and adapted the programme as necessary.

I would happily recommend eKuiLibriuM to anyone who wanted to improve their physical performance, or who just wants to feel better.

Equilibrium bootcamp on Saturday mornings are a great fun way to start your weekend and get a great exercise boost. Not much would convince me to look forward an early start but Kimberley makes the sessions effective and enjoyable.

Kim has been my personal trainer since November 2006. We actually met on Ecademy about 4 1/2 years ago and our friendship developed over the next few years. I booked my first sessions with Kim to get fit and toned for my wedding in April 2007. Kim got me running, something I have never been able to do before! And the results were amazing; I lost weight, toned up, lost body fat and felt great! So great that I decided to continue my sessions after the wedding.

I now see her every Saturday morning for her fantastic BootCamp sessions. Not only are these keeping me in shape, they are also a really good giggle with a fab bunch of people.

I have no hesitation recommending Kim, or her lovely husband Larry. They really care about your wellbeing.

You get real personal, Personal Training with Kimberly and Larry at eKuiLibriuM. Their gym at Foxholes farm is such a calm and friendly and non threatening place to train and there is never more than two people in there at any one time (one per trainer). They also run a great outdoor boot camp which you can add in as part of your training. They really promote lifestyle change not just the training sessions and have really helped me achieve fitness goals over the last couple of years.
