Saturday 5th November sees several authors and poets gathering at Asgard Games in Walsall (WS1 1QU), between 12 and 4pm. It is hosted by Steven C. Davis, author and creative director of Tenebrous Texts, a small press publisher specialising in speculative, alternative and dark fiction.
‘I was there during Walsall’s Festival of Words and I saw a fantastic opportunity, to not only draw together some of the authors and poets working with Tenebrous Texts and give them an opportunity to read from their works, but also open it to the public and bring speculative fiction to the high street, through the fantastic Asgard Games. Asgard have a café and coffee shop plus there’s lots of gaming opportunities including board games for you to explore – all the while listening to some alternative storytelling.’
