As part of this service we offer a fixed fee retainer to Companies to assist them with the day to day handling of their staff. As a law firm we strive to ensure that the services we offer are both relevant and effective and we have recently carried out a review of our employment services. Whilst conducting our market research we compared a number of packages provided by other Companies and spoke to a number of our current clients to establish their needs. During the course of our research we have found that there are a number of things which Companies are unhappy about with their current service provider and these relate mainly to a lack of certainty and transparency. In light of this, we have developed four employment packages that allow us to provide a personal service that is flexible and certain about costs without any requirement to be tied into a fixed term contract.
