B&M, the major retailer of homeware, has been the first store to sign up St Matthews Quarter development - the £12 million shopping centre planned for Walsall Town Centre
The retailer will occupy 1 of the 11 available retail units at the new development. It is not known yet when work will start on the development, however it will create 11 new units that will be available for retail, retaurants and leisure.
It has been rumoured that Poundland has an interest in opening a store at the development, however this is yet to be confirmed.
