Been coming to Krav Maga for quite a while now, it's not only good for social element but you can also do exercise and learn to defend yourself so it's a 3 in 1 benefit for me.

First class last night. Exceptional, the group is great willing to help where needed. Paul, the instructor is amazing with years of experience and teaches both the physical and psychological side of confrontations. I would highly recommend starting his classes

Only had the introductory lesson so far but signed up on the spot. Going to also order some books off Amazon and do more research into it. I've always believed that if you are going to do something you might as well get passionate about it and do it to the best of your ability.

So far I've only had the initial free lesson, I felt that the instructors were extremely friendly, helpful and approachable and the delivery of training to a group of people who had little or no knowledge of krav maga was brilliant, you can see the passion the instructors have and they want to share this passion with you, I highly recommend cannock krav maga IKMF UK
