I recently ordered panelling/skirting for a number of rooms in my house… wow. It reached all expectations and more. The quality of the stuff is brilliant and is finished immaculately. It looks better than I could’ve imagined. Plus, it always helps when the customer service is top notch. Those who work there were such a great help and so friendly. I checked their Trustpilot reviews before ordering and was a little worried due to mixed reviews, but they had the profile and rebate length I needed. The order arrived on time and the pre arrival communications were excellent. Unfortunately due to being express shipped and primed one board had slightly stuck to another and with a minor crack at the end where the rebate was the board split along 2m as we lifted the boards to take into the house. I dropped a note via email that evening to ask to talk with them. I received a call at 8.30am the following day, explained the issues and they had a replacement being manufactured before I'd got off the call. Jorgie could not have been more responsive and helpful. I'd strongly recommend them to anyone.

Skirting 4U were literally the only site where I could find the specific sized Ogee architrave & skirting I needed to replace damaged pieces in my home.
For some reason everywhere, including B&Q did every size apart from the one I needed.
It was very easy to order & was given updates at every stage of my timber being prepped & shipped. I was able to pick a delivery date that suited and it arrived on time.
Great service and definitely recommend.

I recently ordered my skirting boards and architraves from here. They have a vast selection of products and the prices are competitive. Really cannot understand the negative comments. I have ordered from Skirting4u on at least 3 or more occasions. I have been very happy with their customer service, communication and most importantly their product. I will be ordering more from Skirting4u in the near future. I ordered some skirting covers from here. When I opened them I discovered 3/4 were broken. I emailed their customer services department and they arranged and sent replacements for the damaged covers free of charge within a week. The new ones are fine and the customer service has been perfect.

Absolutely love our new skirting and architrave that we ordered from Skirting 4 U. The quality of everything is excellent! There were a couple of little hiccups with a couple of things but this was very quickly sorted by Jorgie, and the customer service we received was amazing. What amazing service by this entire team. I placed an order for Gemini Wall Panel Moulding. I didn't order enough panels, at Skirting 4 U they were kind enough to amend my order 3 times. Need to be packaged with more support. 3 full lengths had to be reglued and one was damaged. Can only imagine this happened in transit as one man delivered it and it was like rolf Harris with that board he used bend. We haven't the time to wait for replacements so went and bought would glue and fixed what we could ourselves. Not painted yet, but makes a lovely difference to the room. Can't figure out how to add pics as I did take some of damage.

I then complicated matters as I decided to add architrave to my order in the hope of getting both at the same time. They went out of their way to get that added to the same delivery and somehow managed it while keeping me informed all the way.
Fitter tells me it's good quality skirting.
Would definitely recommend buying from here.

Website offers lots of choice and some beautiful styles of skirting you can’t get elsewhere. Skirting is good quality and everything we installed 3+ years ago still looks as it did - no warping or bowing.
Every order we’ve had has been delivered on time with great communication. Deliveries have been from drivers who took time to make sure the items were somewhere we wanted.
The packaging can slip a bit and we’ve had a few scratches, but nothing I think is unacceptable given the awkward size and shape of the items.
We’re just over half way through the house now and will continue to use skirting4u skirting and architrave :)
