I worked with Nordia from 2021-23 and my time with her changed my life. I did not have to explain race/ cultural related issues to her, and I found her approach really validating as well as challenging. All of the strategies that we worked on in our sessions have stayed with me and help guide me through life's challenges. I would recommend Nordia to everyone!!

I have been suffering in silence since the pandemic and even before. As a husband, father and business owner, I felt lonely with nowhere to turn. I had been sceptical about therapy for a long long tme but in 2018 I felt i really needed to speak to someone because I was in a very bad place. Nordia was that light in a dark place for me, not only was Nordia patient and understanding. I felt from the very first session that I had made the right decision. Nordia's step by step approach left me equipped and gave me the confidence to face the challenges was going through then which I still apply in my day to day.

Initially I felt anxious about starting sessions but as soon as they were underway I was completely reassured. Nordia was patient and attentive and the sessions felt productive. Support was offered in a way that encouraged me to be proactive and intentional about my well being. Overall I am grateful for my experience and would definitely recommend the service to others.
