My two laptops were due for a service, they were running very slow. I arranged for Malvern to pick them up from work on a Friday. I received an email over the weekend saying the servicing had been completed and could he drop them back off on Monday. i called PCS to my partners desktop pc,Malveren diagnosed the problem straight away, but we had to wait for partner to return home to call AOL from the house phone they wouldent allow her to give her account details from her mobile] while we waited Malvern cleaned up her pc and updated her spy/malware software, brilliant service hence 5*
mr parker visited my home to service my dell computer.he agreed a cost and appointment based on what we discussed the day before. he arrived 15 minutes early for the meeting and after a brief discussion he set to work clearing up problems, deleting as necessary and sorting an emailing problem i had caused linking up my iphone to the computer. the result of his work was a 5 yr old computer behaving as promptly as the day it was assembled,e mail facility restored and properly linked to my iphone. a first class service and one which i have no hesitation in recommending because of his work and also his pragmatic approach to problem solving.
