Mark is a Gas Safety registered engineer and also an accredited installer of Worcester Bosch. MJS Plumbing and Heating can provide a five year warranty on all Worcester Bosch boilers fitted. I found Mark through this website and contacted on him on the back of the good reviews I had seen. Now I am pleased to say I can add another 5 star recommendation for MJS Heating and Plumbing. A good price, completed on time and to a very high standard, will definitely be using Mark again.
From the start ie, the free quote: Mark introduced himself (and his wife Jane who does the paperwork side - great for putting older clients/or women at ease). Mark took his boots off before he came in (brilliant my husband and I were amazed!). His quote was fair (I can only say fair because a new boiler is never 'cheap') he listened to what we wanted and advised us of the products available. We had a written quote the next day as agreed - via email no hard sell. He was honest about when he could do the work - and turned up on time. There was no slacking on the job and I was talked through the whole process. The job itself (removal and fitting of a new combi boiler)has been brilliant. The pipe work done was very neat, the carpets were protected and the boiler has been perfect for our needs. Both Mark and Brian were polite and at the end of the job Jane returned to check off the paper work and sort out payment with a reciept and the mannual etc was given to us.
Highly recommend to anyone. From the first initial quote to the completion of the job. They were excellent. Would call Mark any time without a doubt.
MJS - Came to my aid as a boiler had alot of faults. They where very helpful and understanding working to only stop for the odd drink,they have been very hard working non stop the days they where here. MJS are very trustworthy and were left to continue. MJS are also very clean and tidy leaving all pipes shiny and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to any one.
