The IVA service provided to us by Janet Peacock was of an excellent standard resulting in us becoming debt free (with only having to pay our creditors 30p in the pound). In particular we found the opportunity to meet our advisor Janet first before we commenced helped significantly compared to IVA companies only offering a telephone service. Janet was our contact throughout from start to finish which ensured consistency throughout the process. Janet was also available evenings and weekends which was a great comfort to know as any questions we thought of could be answered very quickly. Tim and his staff helped me to re-work my finances so that after five years I was debt free.
