Have used the delivery service for some time when it was the cardamom. Gave the Bombay a chance to settle in and then ordered a delivery a few weeks ago. The food was lovely, and I've continued to order. I've dealt with KC on all occasions when I've called, and he has been a professional and helpful to deal with. Table of 22 for a birthday- Food was beautiful and faultless. But felt uncomfortable and quite frankly offended by certain members of staff. Cannot fault the owner or who appeared to be in charge he was brilliant, polite and attentive. However, one member of staff in particular decided to call a child from our party a b*****d in his own language obviously thinking it was funny and we wouldn’t understand as he laughed about it to his co worker. Unbeknown to him, we were familiar with the term and he was confronted about this, he then obviously denied. Custom is custom, whether it’s adults or children, there is nothing to state children are not allowed nor welcomed in the establishment .The children were well behaved and not a problem, the odd giggle and getting up out of their seats but certainly not worth being labelled as such. A shame to say the least. Very disappointed.

We have used Cardamon Spice for years so the transition to Bombay was a "let's give them a chance" which we did a couple of weeks ago by having a take away and it was really really good so we said that we would go and eat in there tonight.
Well it's not often that I am stuck for words but I am struggling to choose the most complimentary words to describe the Bombay... simply Wow for everything.
Seven of our family went for an early evening meal there today and from the moment we walked in until the time we left the service was right out of the top drawer, welcoming, friendly, helpful when it came to suggestions for meals to try and also first class table service.
But all this would mean nothing if the food wasn't at least up to the same standards and I have to say guys.....you lost to the chef and his team because the food was TOTALLY AMAZING and the best Indian food that I and the family, because we all thought the same, have tasted in years.
We will be both visiting and using the takeaway / delivery service again.
So thanks all, you have full marks and are highly recommended by us.
