Four months ago I was struck down with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (aka ME). This is a dehabilitating illness with no known cause, diagnosis or cure. Friends and family urged me to try acupuncture. I researched the treatment and suppliers thoroughly and chose Adrian Birch. I attended with a certain amount of scepticism - but was soon put at ease by Adrian's professionalism and thoroughness. The treatment does not hurt - in fact after a couple of weeks I looked forward to my weekly session! Adrian never promised to find a cure for ME - no one can do that, but he certainly helped me through a difficult time. If you are unsure about trying acupuncture then I urge you to call Adrian and discuss it with him. You have nothing to lose and potentially a lot to gain.

Adrian and I met at a best of walsall networking event,I discussed my shoulder problem with him and made an appointment for a series of treatments,this also highlighted a seperate problem i had on my leg,funnily both of these injuries were due to falls(sober).
A series of treatments followed over the next weeks and months until we we were both confident that for the time being no further treatment was neccessary.
The injury rarely bothers me but should it flare up I would have no hesitation in calling Adrian to book further treatment.

Having acupuncture was absolutely life changing for me. I literally benefited from the very first treatment and haven't looked back since. I went with IBS symptoms (hard sore stomach) and freezing cold feet (I would wake me up in pain). During my first treatment, needles were inserted in addition to a herb that was evidently used to warm the area being treated. I immediately felt warmth running down my left leg; a strange sensation but definitely not painful. Adrian handled me brilliantly, taking everything I said in his stride just smiling at me, clearly knowing exactly what was happening. Shortly after, my stomach started grumbling making noises as if I was hungry, another worried look to Adrian who continued to smile and reassure me. That night my feet were significantly warmer and my stomach less tender. I have since had more treatments and no longer have IBS symptoms or cold feet. I am over the moon and feel like my old self. Hi ive only had 6 treatments,but noticed a change after 1 or 2.Ive suffered for years with headaches and migraines,upto 4 a week,im pleased to say ive had 1 in 6 wks,wow.Adrian also treated my knee and ive had problem 28yrs but i have to say again that so much better,even with cold weather it always worse.Also adrian treated my back and that great too.

After being diagnosed a short while ago and not being tablet minded I decided to try acupuncture with Adrian for polymyalga rheumaticia. I talked to my doctor on this who had no objection. By the time of starting treatment I had 2 more problems, ie – high blood pressure and sleepless nights. On starting treatment by BP was 160/76. A few weeks later pain from my polymyalga was reeding and BP was down to 125/70, plus I was sleeping. 6 weeks on again, BP is 125/69 and sleep is still no problem and polymyalga still no problem. My age, almost 82.
