I recently called Aldridge roofing for a quotation. They arrived promptly and the two chaps diagnosed the reason for the leak in my pitched roof. They said that I would get a call back with the quote. Bearing in mind it was 4.30 I assumed it would be the next day. I called late on the next day to ask for my quote and was told I would get a call back or email with the quote, nothing happened. I then called twice today to chase up the quote and was told the chap was in a meeting. The second time the lady who answered actually hung up on me. The third time I asked whether they were too busy to do the job or not and they were seemingly not bothered I was keen to get my leak fixed, though was promised a call back. Still no call back now, no email, nothing. I have never experienced such poor customer service and will never recommend this company. Obviously they don't want to do my small ridge tile repair job!
