Me and my wife hired Owen to perform at our wedding at New hall hotel in Sutton Coldfield on the 4th Of May.
All we have to say is wow!
He absolutely smashed it. He had everybody dazzled with his awesome magic tricks to the point where everyone couldn't stop telling us just how good he was.
On top of that he was just such a lovely bloke taking time to casually chat to our guests and crack a few jokes.
Couldn't have been happier than we hired him top bloke!

We booked Owen for the drinks and canapés reception our wedding after he was recommended by our venue, The Boathouse at Aston Marina. He was everything we could imagine and more!! We had over 100 guests and Owen got round to each group including ourselves with a trick, I was speechless at ours which believe me rarely happens!! Thank you Owen for the extra magic you gave to our beautiful day! Xx

I booked Owen for our staff awards night and he was absolutely brilliant. He went round performing close up magic during the pre dinner drinks reception and then at the tables in between courses. We had Owen at our wedding for the drinks reception through until the speeches. Everyone loved it. He mingles with the guests and makes the day even more special than it all ready is. He gets the guests excited for us when we walk into the reception, which makes for even better the atmosphere relaxed. He doesn't interrupt the eating. He just nips in when there are those spare moments for him to entertain your guests. And the special touches for our own little show was so lovely. Thank you Owen James and Lara Woolley

Owen was an absolute god send at our wedding; I felt completely at ease the entire day and we felt like he had our backs throughout it all. I cannot recommend Owen enough for his skilled magic , showmanship and impeccable hosting. Booking Owen was the best thing we did for our wedding day. We had the half day emcee package and every single guest commented on his incredible hospitality and talent. He is beyond reliable and knowledgeable in the wedding industry and we cannot thank Owen enough for what he did for us. He was fantastic with different guests of all ages. Some very cute moments were captured of our nephew enjoying the magic. We cannot wait to hire Owen again for our next event. Anyone thinking about having Owen at their wedding, do it!!!! We saw him at a wedding fayre, & we just had to book him!! Best thing we did 😃 guests & especially the kiddies loved him! We had Owen for our wedding at Moxhull Hall and it was absolutely fantastic! Guests are still talking about the tricks and still trying to work out what happened 🤣. Owen was absolutely amazing at my wedding! We were so excited to have Owen at our wedding during room turn round and for an hour for evening guests, he exceeded all our expectations and more! So many people came up to us on the night and since the wedding to say how good Owen was. I would highly recommend him, his skills are incredible, he really is the best, he is also extremely personable and welcoming and up for a laugh with guests, which helped those who may be skeptical of magic! Booked Owen, for our charity Masquerade Ball in December 2023 he was super professional, easy to work with. Made a massive difference to our event, my only regret we didn't book him for longer. Owen captured us the moment we saw him at a wedding fayre! Absolutely charming, slick and personable, he was the perfect addition to our wedding day, helping break the ice with guests who didn’t know each other before, and also fully adapting to each person and being perfect with both adults and kids.
Quick side note from my wife and I - we experienced a lot of wedding suppliers passively assuming we weren’t marrying each other and being awkward about it (as we are both women), but Owen immediately saw us as a couple and was wonderfully inclusive - unlike so many others had been that day! Sounds like a tiny detail but it meant a lot to us and I felt important to mention.

Wow wow wow! Myself and my children were absolutely enthralled by Owen and his magic at Moor Hall recently, my children can't stop talking about him! The wedding was unavoidably delayed, so Owen split his time and came back to make sure that everyone got to see his magic as he had another wedding to attend. I would highly recommend him to entertain at any event.
