Can really recommend "Reliable Roofers": had a few - turned out to be 18 - loose slates and roof was actually leaking. Read some of the other testimonials on the web, called them up and they came within about two hours. Job was completed efficiently - and hopefully (won't know until it rains hard!) successfully. No sucking of teeth, no "you need a complete new roof" - just an honest appraisal of the problem and prompt remedial work.

I was extremely fortunate to have come across Reliable Roofer. From beginning to end, the service has been courteous, prompt and very professional. It took a little while to get to the bottom of what the problem was as it wasn't straightforward but this didn't matter. Although John had to come out a few times to attempt to resolve it, I wasn't charged any extra more for the extra visits. When we finally understood the problem and extra work was needed, I was quoted a very reasonable price for this new bit of work. I was then further surprised and pleased when at the end I was told that although I was quoted a certain price for the subsequent job, they were going to give me a reduction off it as it had taken so long for it to be finally repaired to mine and their satisfaction. It can be a rarity to find honesty,integrity and true professionalism - Reliable Roofers have this in abundance

If you are reading this, you are most likely trying to find a roofer. Write down this number 020 8384 9865 and give John/Hannah a call. The name (Reliable Roofer) actually doesn't do them any justice: they are more than just reliable. I'll throw in helpful, honest, professional, competitively priced, and for good measure, they are unique: I have never come across tradesmen that truly have their clients' interests at heart. John came to fix our roof a week before the agreed date because he was aware of the terrible weather forcast (it is snowing heavily as I write). I am more than happy to recommend Reliable Roofer Ltd to my friends and family.

I know it may sound cheesey, but John and Dinah of Reliable Roofer really have improved our life! After months of tolerating a bodged roof repair, they were like a knight in shining armour and a fairy godmother. After weeks of rain and high winds, the sun even came out shining down on our knight as he repaired our roof! Our bedroom is now dry and getting to look like a real room again after months of looking up at the roof rafters and a bucket. Never ever try to save money and bodge something as valuable and important as your roof, especially when there are John and Dinah around who are such honest, reliable and knowledgable people. Our roof now is fixed and is one less thing to worry about.

2createIT… became aware of Reliable Roofer's quality services when talking to Dinah Liversidge about redesigning their company website. If only I had discovered them sooner. Last year, I was very nearly scammed into paying £15,000 for a new roof by some unscrupulous tradesmen. Had I opted for Reliable Roofer's Annual Service, I would have learnt that my roof was, in fact, in a reasonable state of repair and they would have replaced the few worn tiles, all for as little as £295. Further, I would have had been able to produce a certificate to testify that my whole roof did NOT need replacing!



Reliable Roofer is one of those gem companies who have grown on a foundation of honesty, quality service and protecting the customer's interests (as opposed to being only concerned with lining their own pockets). They have restored my faith in the trades.

Truly Exceptional is an understatement; this is a wonderful team of caring individuals. You are treated so well from the moment your call is answered, it really puts your faith back in roofers! We live in a large conversion property with 7 flats. The pitched roof had major work completed 14 years ago and each owner of the flat has had serious leakage. With the bad weather, wet patches started appearing in the sitting room ceiling. We contacted a roofing company that never returned our calls.

Rang John from Reliable Roofer who arrived on time and carried out a thorough inspection. The work carried out 14 years ago was seriously sub standard. John took photos for insurance purposes and has temporarily repaired the damage and confirmed that major work will need to be done. John is reliable, honest and does not take advantage of the fact that the client may be a woman! many tradesmen presume they can tell a female client anything because "she will not understand". If you are a woman on your own donʼt even think of ringing anyone else about roofing problems. Ring John at Reliable Roofer he will tell you the truth!

ʼReliable Rooferʼ is something of an undersell. John Liversidge is a complete godsend. I had enough moisture coming through to prompt the wallpaper to start peeling off. John came around VERY promptly, resealed the offending part of the roof, was VERY reasonable price-wise, AND gave me some top tips in the process (as he held up the offending tacks.) Letʼs say, he knows his stuff. A week or so later - THE HEAVENS OPENED. Not a drop came through. A godsend indeed. In fact, I wouldnʼt have been surprised if - having completed his handiwork - John had flown off to his next job! Reliable as a Rock... and then some...

They were as always very prompt and reliable, John was fast thorough and efficient, the quotes were very very reasonable (cheapest of all quotes), and I can say that they gave a really good all round service.

Iʼd been extremely disappointed with a previous roofing company who had charged me a small fortune to fix a leak in my roof that had caused quite a lot of water damage to our attic room. They assured me that if I had any more problems they would come and put it right free of charge, but explained that I would in any case need a whole new roof before the year was up. The next rainy day that came along I noticed the leak was still there. To cut a long story short, six phone calls and two emails later they never got back to me!

So I was therefore EXTREMELY PLEASED to meet John from Reliable Roofer, as not only did he manage to permanently fix the problem leak very quickly and inexpensively, but he also reassured me that I didnʼt need a whole new roof at all. He explained that any little problem areas I may have could be easily repaired with very little trouble or expense.

John was really friendly and helpful, a genuinely nice guy. Reliable Roofer even provided a written report confirming what he had told me afterwards. I will definitely use this company in the future and I did breathe a big sigh of relief as I had been really worried by what the first company had told me about needing a whole new roof.
