The testimonials from satisfied clients say it all and there's little to add... Except that I have worked with Shelle on and off for over two decades (call it experience, not age!), encountering many other PRs and marketeers along the way. Shelle is undoubtedly the best at what she does - she stands out from the rest with a unique combination of skills, drive and accountability that delivers tangible results for those happy clients.

I have had the pelasure to work with Michelle over the past 9 months or so as she provided marketing and PR advice to the Planning Summer School - a small educational charity which offers an annual school for elected members of local authorities and planners whic is run by volunteers. Despite knowing little about our work Michelle very quieckly got up to speed. Her enthusiasm is infectious and she provided great support to us. Without her help we would have struggled to ensure that our message was getting through – it is clear that we tapped into a wider potential support base than we have done before.

We have used Michelle for a few 'little' bit over the years, Michelle worded on the launch of our new £350k refurbishment. All went well and we had great feedback for the event. Would recommend Michelle!

We are a small independent Abbeyfield society and asked Michelle to organise the PR for the opening of our new extension here in Shaftesbury. She did a wonderful job. She was very professional, often one step ahead, and brought warmth and a touch of humour that gave an extra lift to the day. Also important was that I, as Chairwoman, could confidently leave all the PR to Michelle on the day and get on with my job. We had excellent press coverage and follow-up. Well done and thank you, Michelle.

I appointed Michelle to organise the PR for the Richmond Business Expo at Twickenham Stadium. She handled the local media brilliantly and arranged excellent media coverage for our event. She also explained very clearly exactly what had been arranged. It's great to have someone that I have full confidence in to represent my business professionally and achieve results - thank you Michelle!

I recently employed Michelle to design a new corporate image, including a new website, for my training company. I am pleased to say that Michelle exceeded my already high expectations. The new logo, company stationery, and website she designed for me are creative, modern, smart, professional and eye-catching. Many of my clients have commented on our new look and congratulated me on my choice of PR company. Michelle was attentive to detail throughout our discussions, listened to my ideas, then added her own well-thought out interpretations. The result was a reasonably-priced new professional image for my company which reflects my aspirations, and of which I am justifiably proud. Thank you Michelle. I have no hesitation in recommending your services Tom Richardson, Owner, The Great Training Company Limited.

I first met Michelle when she ran the communications department for the BII and was always impressed at her immediate grasp of situations and her presentation to the media of sometimes very difficult issues within the licensed trade. When she decided to start her own PR business I immediately asked her if she would act for our Northumberland country hotel (www.battlesteads.com) and I am pleased to say that she did and I certainly haven’t regretted it. Her enthusiasm, energy and speed of response sometimes leaves me breathless.

Michelle has a high energy enthusiastic approach to the work whe does and has certainly motivated the staff she has met and those who attended the PR workshop she ran for my company. The workshop was well presented and hit the brief and we are currently looking at follow up work with Michelle.

Progressive PR and Marketing was initially employed by the Stockbridge Gallery for a one-off PR project. The exercise was very successful so we will certainly continue to use their services. We offer a niche product but they very quickly got up to speed and within a matter of weeks we were not only seeing great articles in our target press but also making sales as a direct result of their efforts.

I have been impressed with Michelle’s capacity to understand the political nuances and technical aspects of a variety of complex issues. She is able to write succinctly and accurately but also has a strong creative talent and her PR solutions are weighted with a commercial eye; thus achieving the maximum advantage.

Michelle was recommended to Milestone in 2004 to create an interesting and colourful staff newsletter. She immediately got to grips with our needs and developed a great quarterly publication, which reached all our offices UK-wide and helped staff feel part of the ‘bigger picture’ for more than three years.

I would recommend Michelle to anyone looking for an outsourced PR practitioner who really understands their business and adds value.

Self motivated and independent, Michelle sets herself high standards. She has an ability to build excellent relationships and seek out opportunities. Michelle made a real difference in the two and a half years she worked for BII; improving our presence both within the industry and in the media. We were sorry to lose her.
