The gears on my bike broke so I called Moore's Cycles in Teddington - they took it in and fixed that same day! Excellent service at a good price and it's nice to deal with a local family owned company. They're a great team and I'm a very happy customer.
I got a bike on the bike to work scheme. I went to a couple of other bike shops beforehand where the service was poor. I went to Moore's cycles in Teddington and had fantastic service from a guy called JJ. He took his time, there was no rush and answered all my questions very well, as he is a cyclist himself and there was no sales pitch. The advice he gave me was great and allowed me to take several bike around the block on a test ride. I would definitely recommend this shop and especially JJ.
Very good service. Rang to let me know part in stock and fitted it promptly.

Have got to hand it to these guys, they are an example to any business on how to look after customers from the first phone call right the way through to completing your purchase. Nothing is too much trouble & it's all done in a friendly, relaxed, professional atmosphere (where pushy sales people don't exist). The whole team led by Doug were an absolute pleasure to deal with. A big thanks to them & despite living in Edinburgh I will always go to them first when in need of advice or another bike. They were incredibly helpful, patient, understanding of your needs & I can not recommend them highly enough. If you want a bike shop that know its subject matter superbly & does it with a smile then you don't need to go anywhere else.

Always top service from the guys at Moore's in Teddington. Great selection of bikes for both adults and kids. Special thanks to Doug and JJ for helping me sort out my brother's Christmas present and for showing me a very cool new toy.

Phil, Tristan and JJ were all a great help when I picked up my bike after it's service. They were really helpful at helping me to fit lights to my bike (the lights could not go in the normal places and kept just pointing at the floor) so it was great to have someone who actually knew what they were doing.
I had had a flat tyre, a bent back wheel and broken mud guards. The bike is now great to ride.

Phil at Moores Cycles in Teddington was very helpful at sourcing products for me and was good entertainment while I was waiting for my repair.
JJ the bike fixer was fast efficient and very helpful and knowledgable.

The chaps at Moore's Cycles are fantastic. If you like bikes and live in Teddington/Kingston then Im sure you dread the thought of going to sigma sports for a service. I have been using Moore's Cycles since it opened and the previous bike shop (before Moore took-over) and they have always been fantastic, they always have loads of time to help out and are extremely friendly! Great guys and great servicing
