I purchased a new bike from your Teddington branch today and I just had to send you an email about the service that I received from your staff.

It was Anish who served me, as soon as I entered the shop I was greeted with a smile and a very pleasant "can I help you sir". I explained to him that I hadn't ridden a bike in years and had no knowledge of modern bikes.

Well I could not believe the courtesy that I received and his explanation on how to handle the bike was expertly done. I got none of that hard sell talk you get in some shops, which I hate. I certainly will be recommending people to come to you, if they want to purchase a bike in the future.

Moore's Cycles is friendly local bike shop where the staff know their stuff and you're welcome to browse without necessarily buying anything.

The shop and service are slightly more geared towards recreational riders but also cater for bike nuts like me (with four bikes).

The mechanics are excellent and servicing is very reasonably priced. Moore's converted my 20 year old Team Marin MTB to a singlespeed and did a really professional job.

Moore's is a great place to nip into to pick up a bell for your kid's bike and come back with something altogether more useful for one of your own bikes!

I got a bike on the bike to work scheme. I went to a couple of other bike shops beforehand where the service was poor. I went to Moore's cycles in Teddington and had fantastic service from a guy called JJ. He took his time, there was no rush and answered all my questions very well, as he is a cyclist himself and there was no sales pitch. The advice he gave me was great and allowed me to take several bike around the block on a test ride. I would definitely recommend this shop and especially JJ.

Have got to hand it to these guys, they are an example to any business on how to look after customers from the first phone call right the way through to completing your purchase. Nothing is too much trouble & it's all done in a friendly, relaxed, professional atmosphere (where pushy sales people don't exist). The whole team led by Doug were an absolute pleasure to deal with. A big thanks to them & despite living in Edinburgh I will always go to them first when in need of advice or another bike. They were incredibly helpful, patient, understanding of your needs & I can not recommend them highly enough. If you want a bike shop that know its subject matter superbly & does it with a smile then you don't need to go anywhere else.
