At Spa Health, located in the Health and Fitness suite in The Spa Hotel, Tunbridge Wells,  we have a beautiful indoor swimming pool with panoramic windows overlooking the stunning parkland.  The perfect place for a swim, aqua aerobics class, or swimming lesson.

Swimming lessons are available to all levels of swimmers, from beginner to improver adult, and for babies upwards, your swimming lesson will be tailored accordingly and at a pace that works for you.

The Spa Hotel, Tunbridge Wells, employs fully qualified aqua aerobics trainers, who provide aqua aerobics classes in the swimming pool every Tuesday and Thursday lunchtime.

Aqua Aerobics is an excellent method of exercise which improves the fitness of your heart and lungs, tones the body and reduces fat. A pool based cardiovascular workout that’s easy on the joints and relaxes, yet tones the muscles.

Once you finished in the swimming pool or class why not relax in our sauna and steam rooms, or enjoy a fabulous beauty treatment at the in-house beauty salon which provides a wide range of beauty treatments for the face and body, perfect for after a swim.
