I find the Buchan Nursery a stimulating and caring environment for my son. The ratio of staff to child is low enabling high levels of supervision, and channels of communication for feedback are open.
One of the finest day nurseries available on the Isle of Man. All staff are highly qualified and trained in first aid and up to date teaching methods for nursery education and are fully experienced for working with pre-school children at the Isle of Man Children's Centre.

My daughter has been going to this nursery since she was 5 months old and it now 14 months. She loves it! She has come on so much from being with the other children. She started walking at 10 months and can say more words than most other kids her age. They have lots of fun activities for the children each day and the menu choices sound terrific. My daughter eats far more there than she does at home. The staff are really lovely. My daughter is constantly running to them for cuddles as she loves them all so much. I can hardly get her to trun round and say goodbye in the morning when I leave. If you can get a place at this nursery your child will never look back.

Parklands Day Nursery is an amazing place we looked at several different nurseries on the island and finally settled on Parklands. The ladies are very dedicated, friendly and patient with the children. I am a full time stay at home mum who wanted our son to go to nursery to improve his social skills. Thomas is a shy sensitive child, It took him six months to settle into the nursery. He has a key worker who is with him all times educating him on different topics ie painting, reading, singing, dancing, baking, seasons etc it's brilliant to see his progress.... At the end of his session & it's time to say goodbye he gives a cuddle & kiss to all the ladies including Sandra who is often behind the scenes. It's now difficult to get him to leave the nursery because he has so much fun. Thank you ladies for all that you do for us parents, we would be lost without you

We are delighted with the care and support that the Hopes & Dreams team provides for Kieran. The staff are always ready to spend time with us to discuss Kieran's day and general development and we have enjoyed accompanying Kieran and his friends on trips out.
