The Kiosk - an outside Café and Ice Cream Parlour in a great location on the Isle of Man.
Enjoy local Jimbo's Ice Cream !
The sunken gardens in front of Loch Promenade in Douglas on the Isle of Man are shielded from the on-shore breeze and provide a great place to sit and enjoy the sunshine. Alongside the gardens is the children’s play area where children can be safely allowed to play on a variety of equipment provided. And alongside that you will find The Kiosk.
Playing is tiring work for children so it is just fine that they can slip into The Kiosk and buy a delicious and refreshing ice cream out of the large selection of Jimbos Ice Creams made on the Isle of Man . There is a large selection of Ice-lollies as well.
A Café and Ice Cream parlour where you can relax with friends and let the children play close by
Residents and visitors to the Isle of Man find the sunken gardens an ideal place to visit, read a newspaper, or a book, or just chat with friends. The aroma that comes from the flowers on display seems trapped in the gardens, and striking up a friendship there seems very easy. Often after meeting in the gardens people will stroll along to The Kiosk and enjoy a cup of tea, a snack, or even a meal. They do serve great food such as beef burgers, steak baps; roll over hot dogs, and all served with chips of course. All served by friendly Isle of Man staff, in congenial settings, right next to the main road.
Many visitors and residents with children find The Kiosk a great place to visit. While the children enjoy playing, close by, the adults can keep an eye on them and enjoy a snack, meal or ice cream in the pleasant seating area. In fact many of the hoteliers along the sea front advise guests to take their children to the play area.
