Alison and her staff at Essential Health make all their clients feel so welcome. It may be their job to deliver the treatments, but from the moment you walk through the door you are enveloped in the calm atmosphere and are pampered from there on in, no matter what treatment you are having. The rooms are warm and inviting and the smell of oils is so relaxing. I always come home de-stressed after a visit and look forward to my next treatment. The Pamper Days are the icing on the cake and my next one is already booked.

I live in the south of France, but visit the IOM regularly to see my sister. Whenever in Ramsey a visit to Essential Health is a 'must do' and I have been having treatments here for many years. The whole team are very welcoming and caring and make you feel very special. Thank-you All for my three lots of pampering over Christmas - I'll be back !!

I have been looked after with tender loving care during my many visits for massages by Alison who has assessed my needs on each visit and worked on my body accordingly, from top to toe. I visited Essential Health for the 1st time today (it was a birthday treat from my daughter) Alison was the 1st Therapist I was treated by, her Indian Head Massage is truly amazing, and the Hot balm back, neck & shoulders therapy is equally so. I then moved on to Caroline who gave me an Express Facial. I came out of the treatment rooms feeling like a million dollars. Not only the treatment was amazing but the Therapists are the loveliest ladies you could ever hope to be treated by. Thank you Alison & Caroline I shall be back very soon.

I went to Essential Health with a shoulder problem. Alison quickly diagnosed the problem, which turned out to be in the middle of my back,and set set to work massaging the area. A couple of trips later the problem was completely remedied. I now have complete mobility back in my shoulder. I cannot praise Essential Health and Alison highly enough. I found Alison friendly, thorough and totally professional.

A marvellous experience which I plan to repeat. This is the best salon I have been to, and was looked after by Alison who made my session a truly personal treatment- what a lovely, warm, caring lady. She is, clearly the source of the professional and high quality ethos present throughout.

I have been going to 'Essential Health' for three years now. We first came for my hen party as they were able to accommodate the four of us at the same time. We all had a great day and have been back together as a group for birthdays too. I enjoyed the hot stone massage so much that I booked to go regularly for them in between our group visits! I would definitely recommend them to anyone, they are so relaxing. I was disappointed to find out that I could no longer have them once I fell pregnant, that was until I went for the mum to be treatment. This is an amazing treatment that all mums to be must have. It involves a bit of everything from back, leg and arm massage to a facial and a tummy pack for your bump! It is so enjoyable and provides you some much needed relaxation at a time you need it most. All the creams they use smell amazing and every time I go I always come out feeling very pampered. The staff are all extremely professional and friendly and I look forward to going back each month.

We have been to 'Essential Health' for a pampering day for five years now. We first came as a sort of 'hen' day two weeks before my daughter got married. Daughter, mother, future mother-in-law, future sister-in-law and the bridesmaid. I found 'Essential Health' was the only place which could take five of us at the same time. We wanted to spend the day together and have a bit of pampering as well. We had such fun we have been back every year since. Alison and her team do a great job and we come away wishing we could do it every week. We have two treatments each in the morning, then lunch out and two more treatments in the afternoon. We have just spent the most relaxing day to be found on the Isle of Man. Alison and Kerry made us feel very special and individual. Essential Health Pamper Days are a must have! 8 hours of pure bliss, a 3 course meal and a boquet of flowers to remind you just how special you are.
An all over body massage, a beautiful facial and shoulder massage, pedicure and manicure. All treated with the most exquisite products even for us with sensitive skin. If you are not too good at relaxing this day is for you, as you have no choice! The staff are wonderful,friendly and you forget they are even there!

Having a treatment with Alison & her team is a real luxury. They offer a real ʼcan doʼ service fitting appointments around you. Their advice & product knowledge is second too none.

I have had 3 sessions with Alison for my shoulder that i damaged at judo, which has been causing me serious pain for months and months. After the 3 sessions the difference is absolutely amazing! The staff here, especially Caroline and Alison are warm and friendly. As a guy, I have always been a bit wary of beauty salons, especially receiving a treatment there. I fully intend to visit Essential Health as a client to have an Essential Mans Special, a facial and shoulder massage because the salon is clean and tidy and the therapists are specialists in their fields. Us macho blokes are allowed to have a bit of luxury too!
