I had an urgent problem with a gas leak, requiring replacement pipe work which had to be resolved straight away. I rang EMS at random from Yellow Pages, and they sent an engineer within the hour. He was so efficient and professional, and worked beyond his finishing time to complete the work.
One year on from boiler installation by EMS Ltd, I called to arrange the first service - they had an engineer in the area and the service was carried out that afternoon. An excellent service at a very competitive price.

When my gas boiler threw in the towel, EMS responded immediately and rearranged their workload in order to install a new boiler the following day. Work was completed to a high standard by a very competent and cheerful engineer who fully explained the new boiler workings and operational parameters. He also cleaned up the worksite prior to leaving - the sign of a true tradesman. The service I received from EMS was excellent. They provided us with a quote for a replacement boiler quickly, and helped us to understand all we needed to know.When our boiler packed up between accepting the quote and the installation date they went out of their way to patch up our old boiler, and made sure we weren't without heating and hot water during the coldest few weeks of the year.

After servicing my boiler for some years, EMS have now installed my solar hot water system and made some improvements to my existing heating system. EMS have installed my solar energy system. They took the time to explain the advantages and disadvantages and recommended a good solution. We had problems with some of the tubes (not EMS fault) and thet came around and replaced very quickly. Also solved a tricky central heating problem as well.Would recommend Mike
Fitted Thermomax solar sytem. The work was done with mimimum of disruption to the household. It was done as per the date given and the tradesmen left the house clean and tidy each evening. There was problem with the instalation at first due to a faulty batch of tubes supplied by the manufacturer but this was sorted out by EMS.The system has a 10yr warranty

EMS have just completed the installation of a replacement boiler and new solar heating system for us. They started at short notice because of a 'window' we had, completed the job in four days (and we were without hot water for only a few hours whilst the boilers were changed),and left the house spotless each evening. EMS fitted a new condensing boiler, tank and solar panels to replace an aging oil system within 14days of agreeing the quote. Installation was really neat and professionally carried out. I was a bit doubtful about going in for a solar hot water system thinking it would be to long before we got our money back. Till I met the guys from EMS. How wrong I was they tuned up fitted the kit on our roof with no hassle at all and to our amazement we have hot water from March to late October. In the winter months on a sunny day we get pre heat of the water which makes our boiler work less. Now that the energy prices have shot up and up and up we will now get to pay back in half the time, I’m so glad we got the system from EMS, 11 out of 10 for them and the system all going well since August 2006. Sent in by email:-I had an Atmos condensing system and solar panel fitted in the middle of Feb .Roger Harper and his team at E M.S were very professional and helpful, making sure that we understood every aspect of the installation as we went along. The system has now been running for just under two months and my latest gas bill has shown a dramatic decrease on the previous one and we are hoping that the next one will be even smaller. By the middle of March we were beginning to see 5 lights up on the panel regularly and now have a constant supply of free very hot water available for kitchen and bathroom. We were very pleased indeed with the job that Roger and his team did ,they arrived on time, the job took just as long as they said it would and they left everything clean and tidy after them. Itʼs no fun wen your boiler breaks down in the middle of winter. EMS turned up within minutes to check it out.Unfortunately my old boiler could not be fixed.They gave me good advice about the efficiency of different types of boilers and pointed out about the government grant I could apply for.Their engineers turned up at 8.30 the next morning to fit a new oil fuelled boiler and by the time I came home from work it was working. Great service.
EMS Ltd have fitted a Solar System to compliment the hot water supply of our house. They also fitted a Sedbuk band A condensing boiler and modified the heating and hot water systems. To date this is giving a saving of approx 1/3 rd on oil and electricity costs, we highly recommend them.

Wow what can I say. EMS have been servicing our central heating boiler for years. They always come for servicing within 3 - 4 days of a request for the annual service, and usually the same day for a breakdown. The service chaps always arrive at the time stated, and leave no mess, unlike many companies! We have just had our old combi replaced by a new atmos condensing boiler fitted by EMS which is, so far, superb. Again the work in the house was carried out to a very high standard.
EMS fitted our solar panels early this year. My wife and I are amazed at how effective they have been supplying virtually all our hot water this summer and autumn.The service and almost instant backup EMS have provided have been exceptional. We had a solar panel fitted to our new house by Energy Management Systems to provide hot water. The discussions to plan our needs were very helpful, the installation was done most professionally and the sysyem has worked as planned. From spring to autumn the system provided nearly all our hot water.
