I just pick up the phone or pop into the shop and they advise me on what to have for each occasion. Going into KLF is like going into a family unit. It is a very happy environment to be in. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile and asked "how are you". To me and everyone else, I'm sure this is very important, especially if you're not feeling 100 percent, but you come out of the salon feeling a million dollars. Lisa, my hairdresser is a kind, thoughtful and caring person and very professional. She certainly makes sure also that you feel good about yourself. It's a pleasure to go there.
