Hello, I'm Sandra.
Combining over 20 years experience as an instrumental tutor with a life long love of creative art and Personal Development, I run unique creative courses that provide a safe space for you to find the solutions to your own problems.
The courses are particularly beneficial if you are feeling low Self Belief, Lack of Confidence, Loss of Clarity and Direction or generally stuck at a crossroad in life. We all feel lost sometimes and don't know where to turn. Creative Mindfulness is the perfect way to help shift emotional and mental blockages and get yourself moving again.
