Telford Butchers has been making sausage by hand for nearly forty years. G. N. Badley & Sons in Trench, Telford started making homemade sausage when they opened in the town back in 1976. The butchers currently make eleven sausage types from your classic pork and Cumberland to your hot Spanish style.


As the British weather breaks for the British summer time, Badley’s homemade bangers are great for any barbeque, and with a wide range of flavours to choose from it make pleasing your guest even easier. They even have a range of sausage made from Alterative Meats in-store to give you something different on the barbeque.


The butchers also make all their own hand pressed burgers, made from only the finest ingredients like their sausages and prime cuts of meat. The burgers are great to compliment the array of sausages they offer, whether on the barbeque or for a weeknight tea.


Sausage is such a versatile ingredient and is great for making a variety of meals. You can use sausage as a main ingredient or to enhance others on a breakfast or bangers and mash, toad in the hole or on the barbeque.


Here is a taste of the variety of sausages the butchers make:
Classic Pork Sausage – Our classic smooth tasting pork sausage, full of flavour for any meal.
The Wrekin Banger – A signature sausage born in 2012. A flavourful sausage full of the flavours of pork, apple and sage.
Old English Style Sausage – A traditional style pork sausage with that added flavour.
Hot Spanish Style Sausage – A flavourful pork sausage with that little extra kick.
Cracked Black Pepper – A traditional pork sausage flavoured with black pepper.
Cumberland, Pork – The traditional Cumberland sausage perfectly seasoned.
Lincolnshire, Pork - The traditional Lincolnshire sausage perfectly seasoned.
Sweet Chill – A great pork sausage packed full of flavour, sweet chill for that sweetness and warmth on the pallet.
Tomato and Basil - A favourite combination of flavours to compliment the perfect pork sausage.
Pork and Leek – The traditional sausage combination of Pork and Leek in a flavourful sausage.
Low Fat Classic – Our classic pork sausage with less fat
