The Chez Maw À La Carte menu, offers diners a wide variety of dishes with English and Continental influences, along with a good selection of vegetarian dishes available.

The extensive wine list offers a wide selection of both New World and Classic wines to complement your Fine Dining experience.
Catering for 60 diners, the stylish Chez Maw Restaurant has the benefit of an adjacent Bar area, leading onto a patio with spectacular views across the stunning, award winning parkland and the River Severn.

Private Dining
The Jackfield Room is available for private functions for up to 30 guests. You'll have your own Bar area and the Chef will advise and prepare a special menu for your event.

Went along for their Great British Food event on the Jubilee Weekend and yet again we had a wonderful evening in the Chez Maw restuarant. Made a change from the an la carte menu but in fairness it was great British dishes cooked and presented in an a la carte style, just not at a la carte prices. Great food again, and great value.

We have held our office Christmas Party at The Valley Hotel on more than one occasion. The Hotel always provides great food, drink and entertainment with first class service in relaxed and comfortable surroundings. Many moons ago my father proposed to my mother at The Valley Hotel and I am so pleased the answer was Yes!
The food is delicious at the Chez Maw restaurant. Attention to finer details makes for a brilliant service and the sourcing of local produce is to be commended.

Yet again the Chez Maw restuarant comes up trumps. This time 8 of us attended a meal for a 70th birthday on a busy Valentine's weekend but as ever nothing was too much trouble. Sublime food, gracious service you couldn't ask for anything more. Living on the door step of Ironbridge I'm fully aware of the great eating places available, some of which are 'Best of' Members and rightly commended, but if you haven't been to the Valley before then you really are missing a trick. Don't put it off any longer, get yourself booked in. And if you don't agree with me then you're wrong!!

The Chez Maw restaurant is first class in all areas. The food and service in particular are spot on, and the whole ambiance is what you would expect from an a la carte restaurant. My wife and i were married at The Valley, have celebrated numerous anniversarys and birthdays there as well as a couple of xmas day dinners, money well spent.
