Had difficulty trying to purchase a new mobile, with so much choice – SITC helped me consider which to purchase and setup it up for me as well, thanks for your patience, much appreciated.

We have been using Mike’s software services since 1984 when we had our first computer system and bespoke software from his company and this computer and software still works today, we are very pleased with his services and found them to prompt attentive and always a pleasure to deal with.

Can’t praise them highly enough, good advice and helped me through a minefield of options so I got the right phone on the right package.

Mike and his team fitted out our new unit with all of our IT, Telecoms, Broadband and computer hardware all installed on time and to budget. Because of this we asked them to also install our CCTV cameras and recording equipment – great bunch of guys will always go to Mike first for help when it comes to our computer and telephone systems.

While I was working in a farm house in Ludlow the landlord accidently damaged the phone line cutting of the internet and all calls, the tennants who are from New Zeland and needed the phone line to keep in touch with family were not very happy at this news.
After several calls to BT ( via mobile ) to get the line fixed the landlord was told it would be up and running again within 3 days with a very expensive call out charge, I phoned Mike at Shropshire ITC who came out within the hour and fixed the line straight away.
The landlord was very happy and Mike saved him money aswell.

My mobile contract was due for renewal and Shropshire ITC handled the whole process for me smoothly, They listened to what I wanted and gave me no nonsence advice. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to all my family and friends.

We have been using Mike’s services for about 5 years now and we find Mike to be very helpful and understanding.
