I've said it before on my testimonials but it's about trust and value. With Roy he advises you properly on the job required and he gains your trust. Then he set about restoring my Georgian sash windows to their former glory, and with the job that he and Steve did for the money charged was without doubt good value for money.
In turn Roy also recommended a top class painter to finish off the job beautifully. Again it's about trust and Roy was able to put me on to somebody that he could trust to look after his customer.
