We entrusted our property in Telford to R&R prior to our relocation in early 2013, on recommendation and through prior knowledge. From Sal Khan to Rob, via Mark & Ade, and all the contractors engaged by R&R, we received nothing but courtesy, a friendly and professional approach, for an entire refurbishment of new kitchen, bathrooms, en-suite, internal and external doors, and a re-modelling of a conservatory. All our questions were answered and everyone was endlessly patient with us as we had never attempted anything of this magnitude before. Even in the cold and wet of the winter and an unheated house, everyone worked with cheerfulness and enthusiam to provide us with what we had imagined from the outset. Follow up services and inevitable snagging issues have been dealt with satisfactorily, and we would unhesitatingly recommend the team at R&R to anyone. Peter & Christine, Muxton.
We first became aware of R&R Services when relatives used them to improve their kitchen area. They had completed the work on time and had asked for no payment until satisfactory completion. We liked the look of it and we therefore called them in for thoughts about a complete redesign of our kitchen - because we wanted to take up the existing tiled floor it also involved the utility room and downstairs loo which had the same tiled floor. The R&R kitchen designer came after a few days and we outlined what we wanted to achieve. During this initial survey he showed us what he thought would be a good option having set up the plans on his laptop computer. We discussed one or two points and agreed a final scheme for him to work on. We then awaited a cost indication and within a couple of days he emailed us the plans and a quote. We knew that complete new quality kitchens do not come cheap and thought that the price was entirely reasonable. The fact that no payment was required until we were satisfied with the completed job was a major point in favour of using R&R for this project and so we agreed for them to do the work. We agreed a start day to be approximately 2 months later and R&R gave an indication that the work would be completed within 3 weeks. Their project manager then came and spent some hours working through what would be needed by way of specification in order to ensure continuity and avoid the all too common building project problem of delay while waiting either for workers or materials to become available. It was agreed that we would purchase a few things directly e.g. wall tiles, hob and dishwasher to be available when they started. This gave us the opportunity to get the best price we could and to spend some time finding the best tiles from the colour scheme point of view. We decided to move out of the house whilst the work was being undertaken. We met the R&R project supervisor on day one and then left him to it. There were just a couple of points that he contacted us for e.g. preferred precise location of an electric sockets. We called back to see progress after a few days and clearly work was highly organised and proceeding as planned. We were always made to feel welcome by all of the R&R team and after a week we were informed that they were likely to be approaching completion after 2 weeks rather than 3, so we arranged to get back to home living after 12 nights away. They worked long and hard to complete as far as possible on the Saturday we moved back in with only some final wall painting and a few wall tiles left for them to finish off on Monday. All work had been undertaken to the highest standard and we were delighted with our totally new kitchen. The R&R project manager returned to check over with us that we were happy with everything the day after completion and he arranged for snagging two jobs to be completed within another two days, which they were. We have no hesitation in recommending R&R Services to anyone who is thinking about this kind of work to their home.
Sal came to visit us and gave good advice for our replacement windows, with no pressure to buy. Really pleased with our windows, got everything we wanted. Also really well fitted by John and Sal followed up with a visit to check we were happy. Wll definitely use again.
Our new kitchen is now complete but I have to say from start to finish the customer care and attention to detail from R&R Services is second to none. We initially met with Sal, who took us through all our options and then presented us with the finished design and even the quote. We had received other quotes from other kitchen companies and had to wait weeks for designs etc.... Nothing was too much trouble and any questions or queries we had throughout the process were answered immediately. The quality of the units and electrical items is of a very high standard and Tony the kitchen fitter was a pleasure to work with, again nothing was too much trouble. Working with Sal, Tony and the rest of the R&R team has been a pleasure from start to finish. We will definitely be using them again in the very near future for our new windows and conservatory.
R&R were recommended to us by two different people - a good sign! Our initial meeting with Rob and Sal went well, we talked about kitchen design layouts, how we intended to use the space, how to best incorporate the dining room etc. Sal sent through some designs a day or so later and from that we knew we would go with R&R. Communication was good, plans were clear, the work schedule was planned around us - in other words, we were treated with respect and courtesy. Changes to our requirements were accommodated with no fuss. All the guys who worked on the kitchen and dining room were polite, tidy and did their upmost to keep the disruption to our house to a minimum. After a couple of weeks, the end result is a beautiful looking and hugely practical kitchen/dining room area. Neighbours, friends and family have already commented on how wonderful the kitchen looks. The highest praise though comes from our 3 year old daughter who told the kitchen fitter Tony that he had done a 'great job!'. After many years of debating what to do with the kitchen and dining room, we feel we now have the perfect end result - thank you R&R

Look no further you have found the best! We've had a conservatory at our old house which was a fabulous job by R & R Services and have now had new windows and doors at our new house that are also excellent quality. Rob Beddows is one of the nicest, honest and hard working men you could wish to meet. He came up with some great ideas for the conservatory and at a third of the price less than his competitors! His workforce are polite, tidy and have great workmanship that they can take pride in. I have no hesitation in recommending R & R Services.

We had our new Double Glazed windows installed by R & R Services some years ago and as such were more than happy to have them come and fit our new kitchen. We were not disappointed - R & R gave a professional service from the intial enquiry, design and appliance options, to the final installation. We've now used R&R for both business and personal developments and have been delighted with the excellent level of service and care on each occasion. Our French doors were independently inspected by the Trade Assocation that they are registered with and the Inspector said they were of a higher quality than was required to get the Association's approval and had been fitted extremely well. We ourselves cannot praise them enough and look forward to doing business with Rob and the team again when we can afford the next stage of our development!
