I use this laundry all the time, mainly for thier alteration services as I cannot stitch on a button! They always do a first class job, they are fast, friendly and very well priced. And they never laugh at me when I ask them to do something REALLY simple!

We use Madeley Laundry for all of our Dry Cleaning here at Madeley Court Hotel. Chun and the girls are always on hand if we need bed spreads cleaning at the last minute.
With guests dry cleaning needing to be done, Chun is always efficient and always gets it back to us the same day.

What a brilliant service.......not only did they get all the stains off my clothing they also provided, and sewed a new button onto my coat.....and to top it all telephoned me to say that they were ready for collection!

I have been a regular weekly customer of this laundry for at least 5 years now, bringing a large bag of sheets, towels and bed linen to be laundered for a charge of approx £7 per time (including drying). I would recommend them to anyone else I know or meet - staff are always friendly.

Our ironing pile was taking over the house so we dropped it all into Madeley Laundry (there was loads). The girls did a fantastic job, carried it all out to the car, the shirts were all on hangers and wrapped and and everything was done to a top standard. Worth every penny and really great value for money.Just brilliant. Thank you Madeley laundry - on my way with another load!!!!

The staff are always very welcoming and helpful, even carrying dry cleaning to the car for me. They have gone out of their way when I needed a suit cleaned for a funeral the next day - the kind of thing that makes me feel like a person and not just another customer.
