The Shropshire salons, which include Donnington, Stirchley and Shrewsbury, were set up to help offer something different, recruiting a team of staff who would offer that bit more, and provide customers with all the services of a large city centre salon, without the travel or the expense.
Driven by well known stylist and columnist Katie, Lil Missy quickly established itself as one of Shropshire's leading independent salon groups, dedicated to providing clients with a diverse range of services, which would help achieve fabulous results for everyone, regardless of their hair of skin type, or cultural background. The salons now have extensive services and products aimed at Afro-Caribbean and Asian clients, which recognise that different hair types need different care and attention, such as the Africare range of hair products, and KeraCare Hair Care Systems, especially designed for highly textured hair.
Along with great styles and colour options, the expert team can also offer advice on the wide range of products available, including the numerous options there are for extending your hair, including clip-in, silky weave, or pre-bonded extensions, in real human hair or synthetic designs. Hair Loss and hair analysis are specialist areas where Lil Missy offer unrivalled expertise when needed and they employ a range of techniques and expertise to help you to better understand the best way to deal with any hair problems you may encounter.

I recently visited the Lil Missy Salon in Shrewsbury - I was looking for a new hairdresser after moving to the area, and am a bit of a nervous customer. The lady at Shrewsbury (Hayley) made sure I was relaxed, got a good idea of exactly what I wanted, and explained everything throughout - I'm thrilled with my new look, and can safely say I'll be back for many years to come, she might even persuade me to be daring with colours next time! Thanks Hayley!

Lil Missy has lovely surroundings with very professional, friendly staff. They have your comfort in mind with back-massage chairs, up to date hair products, and you get pampered from the minute you arrive, along with first rate advice about how to have your hair.

I've been a customer now for many years. They offer good advice and give a good service. Stylists are all friendly and not too 'in your face'. Salons have a nice relaxed atmosphere. They even open on a Sunday - that's great customer service!
I use Lil Missy Hair Salon in Stirchley and always find the service fantastic! The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly and the girls are always extremely helpful with regards to styles and products. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
I visited the Donnington branch recently and found Heidi to be very professional and pleasant, she took time to talk through the options and gave me some really good tips, I am very pleased with the result and would like to thank Heidi for sorting my messy hair out!. Very professional, friendly salon. The owner / chief stylist Katie is friendly and takes time to discuss client needs. Her staff are also following in her way and the whole experience is very pleasant.
I have known Katie since she was 15 and a trainee. Katie provides an excellent service in a way no other hairdresser has. The salon is open 7 days a week and late until 8pm. Her shops are always clean and her staff are always polite. The extras such as TV, tea makes it a pleasant experience.
Katie and her staff are brilliant, friendly and polite - it's always nice to go there. My wife and I have never been disappointed in the service we have received. Advice about hair problems are always sorted by Lil Missy.
