Reflexology is so relaxing. I previously had an irritating muscle jump in my leg when trying to get to sleep - after about 3 sessions this disappeared completely. Fiona does a wonderful job.

KLF is a lovely, modern salon with a great relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I always feel at ease and confident in the capabilities of the stylists. The matrix biolage products are gorgeous on my hair too! I would never go anywhere else :)

I am very picky about hairdressers but these girls know what they're doing and are very welcoming, don't leave you waiting around, and not at all bitchy like some other salons.

All the staff are really friendly and helpful. I walked into the salon without a clue what hairstyle I wanted - the stylist took time to explain about my hair type and what would suit me best. I left with a fantastic haircut I can manage myself in between visits - something I've never been able to do before.

Going into KLF is like going into a family unit. It is a very happy environment to be in. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile and asked "how are you". To me and everyone else, I'm sure this is very important, especially if you're not feeling 100 percent, but you come out of the salon feeling a million dollars. Lisa, my hairdresser is a kind, thoughtful and caring person and very professional. She certainly makes sure also that you feel good about yourself. It's a pleasure to go there.
