The customer service at this opticians is excellent. The staff are pleasant,friendly and very efficient and are prepared to help and put themselves out for you. They seem to know their customers really well which of course helps both parties. I have used this opticians for many years and have had no problems and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We are a local manufacturing Company - Pelloby Limited - and use JBO for all of our prescription safety eyewear
All of my colleagues I have sent to JBO in Madeley have commented how courteous and pleasant the staff are, nothing is too much trouble. The glasses are excellent, no-one has ever had to return for adjustment etc
The prices are very competative and it is a much more enjoyable ambiance than some of the bigger optician chains
Would not hesitate to recommend JBO to anyone
