Yet again they turn up trumps! These guys are just 'the best' at what they do. My laptop had suffered a hard drive failure (not been backed up for several months!) and it seemed that recovering the data was a real challenge (after several attempts and different recovery methods) - but they persevered and "hey presto" - I got all of my work stuff back and more importantly, the irreplaceable pictures of the kids on our last holiday.
I can't thank them enough or praise them highly enough - Daniel and Oliver are the two guys that have got me back up and running again, but everyone there (Neil, Anne and all of the team) is really friendly and supportive - if you've got IT issues or need advice about where to go next, I highly recommend the team at 'ithinkIT'.

Use these people, you won't regret it! Honest reliable information is what i got in my dealings with them, even if it's not what you want to hear. Be it from Neil, Anne or home visits from Ollie, they are keen to help and they don't muck you about.
Problems with my PC that stop me from working and they are there trying to solve the problem and getting me back on track.
Treat people how you want to be treated yourself is my motto and these guys are a local firm who do just that.

Thank goodness for iThink-IT. My laptop wouldn't start properly due to some fault with Outlook. I wasted all morning trying in vain to get it working - then spoke with Oliver at iThink-IT. He talked me through various options over the phone, which didn't work. I then dropped the laptop into their Hortonwood HQ fearing the worst - lost data / new laptop - you've all been there I'm sure. Within 2 hours Oliver told me it was ready to collect and working fine - he'd found and sorted the problem. WOW! What great service! I highly recommend iThink-IT to every business / home PC user for fantastic service and expert friendly people who really do know what they are talking about. Thanks Oliver and iThink-IT.

These guys can really carry out repairs/replacements of components on computer circuit boards. I can't recommend the services highly enough. I took my dead MacBook Pro in to their offices on Friday Lunchtime, it was repaired and I picked it up less than 24hrs later. FANTASTIC. The cost was 1/3 of what I had been quoted be anybody else, which made the repair very affordable. Thanks very much, I will be recommending you to everyone for IT services.
