Yet again they turn up trumps! These guys are just 'the best' at what they do. My laptop had suffered a hard drive failure (not been backed up for several months!) and it seemed that recovering the data was a real challenge (after several attempts and different recovery methods) - but they persevered and "hey presto" - I got all of my work stuff back and more importantly, the irreplaceable pictures of the kids on our last holiday.
I can't thank them enough or praise them highly enough - Daniel and Oliver are the two guys that have got me back up and running again, but everyone there (Neil, Anne and all of the team) is really friendly and supportive - if you've got IT issues or need advice about where to go next, I highly recommend the team at 'ithinkIT'.

Thank goodness for iThink-IT. My laptop wouldn't start properly due to some fault with Outlook. I wasted all morning trying in vain to get it working - then spoke with Oliver at iThink-IT. He talked me through various options over the phone, which didn't work. I then dropped the laptop into their Hortonwood HQ fearing the worst - lost data / new laptop - you've all been there I'm sure. Within 2 hours Oliver told me it was ready to collect and working fine - he'd found and sorted the problem. WOW! What great service!
