Karen is very patient, the number of times she was ready to undertake a taster session and I had to cancel was too many to count. Imagine Virtual Training carried out computer training for our staff without them leaving their desks! A comprehensive training programme was delivered 'virtually' over the internet at the individual staff member's pace and competence level. By training within the workplace there are great savings to be made on staff travel costs and time. The staff also benefitted by using familiar tools and surroundings.
