'aspirations' Health & Fitness
is a local scheme offering you the opportunity to become a member of four health and fitness facilities within the Telford area, enabling you to choose when and where you exercise to fit in with your daily routine.
All our gyms are furnished with a variety of resistance and cardio-vascular equipment. There is a wide programme of fitness classes and members have the choice of four swimming pools in the district.
Inductions are carried out by highly qualified fitness consultants who provide a free personalised training programme suited to your ability and exercise goals.
A variety of membership options is available to suit all pockets, from "pay-as-you-go" to an all-inclusive package which gives unlimited free use of the gym, free swimming and free entry to all fitness classes.
There is also a concessionary rate for those on low income, over 60 years of age, or with a disability.

'nRGIZE' Junior Fitness
is part of the drive to encourage youngsters to take more exercise. Telford & Wrekin Council has opened three 'nRGIZE' gyms geared towards 11-15 year olds. All three gyms have a specialised circuit of resistance equipment and two have a bank of Trixter indoor mountain bikes.
Membership is either on a "pay-as-you-go" basis or by monthly direct debit; young people whose parents are members of 'aspirations' get a reduction on the monthly membership rate.
'nRGIZE' sessions are instructor led to ensure participants receive a structured and effective workout. Circuits are fun and varied - so no-one gets bored.
