Quality of service. I was desparate to find a local hairdresser who could cut my hair "well" and with style. This was several years ago; I am so pleased, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Not only my hair type but, importantly my scalp were given the best of treatment and care. Most of all it's enjoyable to come here and Nikki and her team are of a standard that is rare today.

Beautifully clean Salon - extremely pleasant and helpful team (from the Boss to the Juniors) - delicious coffee - nicely presented. Gentle application of lotions etc. - attention to hair is second to none - brilliant stylists. This is not just a hair-do - its a vacation! Needless to say, a very satisfied customer. More effective than medication for lifting the spirits. What an experience!

I don't have my hair cut anywhere else! Nikki and her team are all highly skilled professionals who work to very high standards. Always up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques, as a regular customer, I come in feeling like an ugly duckling but I always leave feeling like a swan! These guys can create mircales! Oh and the coffee and biscuits are yummy too!

Best Hair Salon I have been to in Telford.

Very friendly staff, always polite and nothing is too much trouble whenever you ask for anything.I have recommended a couple of my friends to Headmasters who have become regulars.They are always up-to-date with the latest colours and styles and I can honestly say I don't know where I would be without Headmasters Salon! Darren, my hairdresser, who I have been going to for nearly 10 years is an excellent stylist. Always listens to you and does exactly what you ask for. Nice surroundings and you are always given the option to have a drink whether you are there for just a cut or something which takes longer.
