The service has always been very good and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly and they deliver excellent customer service. Contractors who are reliable and flexible are essential for us and Eternal Cleaning have always delivered on this level for us.
They were initially contracted only for The International Centre, however due to our satisfaction with the service they provide Eternal Cleaning are now the contractors for our entire Group, the Southwater Event Group, which also includes the Holiday Inn, International Hotel and Grays Hotel and Conference Centre.
