At 3.15pm on Friday 20th May, M5, driving @ J1. Brake problem identified. Spoke to Mark via mobile and identified my suspicions. Arrived at Elite Autos at 3.45pm.The parts had already been ordered and were there!. At 5.15pm I drove out of Elite Autos with front and rear brake pads fitted. Excellent and honest service and at a reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

Booked in my Ford Ka with a battery charging fault, worn front tyres, squeaking brakes and it needed an MOT. Excellent initial contact to get booked in, all faults found (plus one other on the MOT)and an estimate of cost given later that day. Everything sorted and repaired by the following day as promised. The car was even valeted.
Good service and very friendly.
